A Crown JewelThe price turned me off just a bit initially but then I thought, I would spend thrice that amount in a salon. So I splurged on myself and have zero regrets. The color was spot on and my hair felt like it was resurrected from the dread. I was just looking for a gray touch up instead I got the spa treatment. My hair never felt so soft! The color lasted through many washings I lost count. Great kit- terrible communication with stylist- not happy with resultsI appreciated all the extras and how well the package is put together. Needed a second bottle though and had to make it stretch. Pathetic color outputI used the color on my hair before such an important event.I washed my hair after color and saw, that My roots were still all white and gave a red color shade just as henna.I was so embarrassed at the event as everyone was laughing on me that what I had done to my hair.And the hair became so rough and entangled. Happy Customer!!When I tried my eSalon hair color, I was pleasantly surprised how good it looked and the color actually covered my grays in the front without it looking much lighter. I sent a picture of what my hair looked like before and filled out the quizz about what I wanted. When I received my custom color set and how nice the personalized package was, I could not be happier with the results..
