Hair ColorI have spent a small fortune on my hair over the years. I tried store bought color ONCE it left hair feeling dry and brittle. I tried eSalon and the process was easy to follow. Afterwards, my hair was soft and I love the color. My sister is a professional cosmotoligist and she gave me the thumbs up to try eSalon! couldn't be worseI ordered dark ash blonde specifying I don't want ANY brassiness not a hint.. my hair turned out completely red. Good I ordered a dark blonde spray and had Mixed Feelings blonde toning drops on hand, so was able to cover it up. The smell of the color mix is stronger than any box color, there should be a big warning on the bottle. I emailed the "colorist" before my second order was due, sent them a picture, asked if they can fix it.. no response whatsoever, nada.. Of course I cancelled the plan. I'm still receiving emails to restart the plan, get free shipping.. Colour didn't takePut on my roots only (as instructed by the package), left on a full 30 minutes as instructed. Didn't cover the gray at all. I asked for an ash blonde and it just didn't take. The staff is very helpful but I ended up going to a beauty supply store close to me and purchased what I needed and it did the trick. It was a bit difficult to navigate the process to cancel this plan as most of these online sites are. I do have difficult hair as it pulls a lot of red tones so it's not really e salons fault it is tough to do just from a picture.
