If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Custom colour that I love!I love my custom colour! I’ve always had trouble finding a drugstore box colour that was the right mix for my hair. However, I’m very happy with the colour I got from esalon. It’s the right shade of medium brown... not too light or too dark nor too “red”. My colourist, Ally, checked in with me before creating my personal mixture and sent very detailed instructions. This is the next best thing to visiting the salon, and certainly much more economical.
