Color to darkThe color did not work for me. It was to dark. Then I got a perm and that destroyed my hair and pulled all the dark color out . That was a good thing. I would like to get the color I am left with. I will try to send a picture . Please do not send me any automatic refills on anything . I don't need them. Great ColorI just used my first order of eSalong color. I love it. First, the packaging was fun. My name was on the bottles and instruction! I have colored my hair for years, but never really took time to do my roots. The videos on eSalon's website were really informative and I felt comfortable - finally - to do my roots! The back of my head wasn't as good as the front, but it's a start. I was really impressed with the amount of color. I felt I was doing something wrong because I had so much leftover for the roots and ends. I have thick hair. I was great to not worry about running out of color! I have never done the step in the shower with the color. I noticed a difference. My only complaint is this color smells so much worse than most colors I have used. Perfect color!!!my hair can get orangey or brassy and with the formula I am receiving it remains the perfect color even after being out in the sun. I asked for a little lighter color and the adjustment was again perfect (with the Ash color adjusted as well to keep it from turning reddish/orange). Love love love it!Oh my gosh I'm in love with my new color! I can't believe how perfect you guys got it without you even seeing my hair. My first time and they nailed it!I decided to try eSalon as I travel a lot and can't get with my regular colorist as often as I need to retouch. They did a great job in matching what I wear and I may be able to take on the whole job on my own regardless of where I am. I never expected that!
