Just the "best" everI cannot say enough great things about your color. The match you created without seeing my hair is amazing. My hair feels wonderful, and the color lasts longer than any at home color I have ever used. The packaging was great- the instructions very clear and easy. Incredibly supportive process to find and LOVE my new hair colorI selected my new color online and when I applied the demi-permanent one for the first time it was too dark, although I liked the product smell and application process. I spoke to my colorist, explained what I was going for, and she helped me correct the color and achieve the perfect color. Happy HappyAfter contacting esalon over my first hair colour they kindly sent me a new refigured colour free of charge!! Well impressed! I LOVED the new colour it was lots better I would still regig a little with the first one you apply to roots just so it was more Auburn/plum but it really was a much better result.
