Nailed it.Yvette was my colorist and did a great job. Not only did the color come out perfectly but it completely matches my extensions as requested. I will never buy a box again. I also have a hard time getting a hairdresser to color my hair red and now I don't have to worry about that anymore either. Dark blond unfortunately turned orangeThere are so many great things about this company and wish i could give 5stars to eSalon. After following directions precisely with both a custom color and an eSalon highlight /light set, my dark blond hair turned nearly orange. I called eSalon and received polite and professional help over the phone listening to my problem, as well as quick action on their part sending out a toner rinse via Fedex; however obviously that couldn't really correct the damage that had been done. I wore a baseball cap for a week, used the toning rinse that eSalon sent right away but it made little if any change to damaged orange hair. I ultimately went to a salon and had a color correction done for over $100 :(. I learned a lot from this experience: that in my case (speaking for myself only), mail order color just is too risky for my highlighted/lowlighted dark blond hair with grey peeking through. If I had one color that I could easily order I'd surely have had more luck, but in my case, my hair has never looked worse sadly and I cannot risk it again. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
