LoveeSalon is a great substitute for salon color. It's very easy to use, my colorist is very responsive to requested changes, and it has always turned out great after five or so applications. My hair always feels really coarse after I rinse out the color but after I apply the included conditioner it is soft and silky. Hard to apply, wrong color rootsI had to have someone help me with coloring my hair, Im not sure how I would have been able to do it myself. After the color was processed and washed and styled my roots are copper/reddish and my hair is light brown. Not What I Hoped ForI just did my roots, and while I do not think the problem is entirely eSalon's, I had problems with covering grays. The color is not quite what I wanted, and I am wondering if I misinterpreted "base" color in the initial questionnaire. I have very long hair and it was hard to do the roots. J'adore !!!J'appréhendais un peu le résultat mais le rendu est très joli, je trouve que l'effet est aussi bien que si j'avais été en salon, voir même mieux ! La couleur est brillante et la teinte est parfaite, totalement ce que je souhaitais. Je suis vraiment satisfaite de cet essai.
