Wonderful color adjustment!I have been dying my hair blonde for years. I wanted to get away from the blonde and try to go with a more natural color that would blend more with my graying hair. I tried a retail brand's silver color and, given the color of my hair, it came out an unusual darker blonde which I kind of liked. I wanted to continue to get my color from esalon because I have been a satisfied customer for for a few years. I sent pictures and explained what I had done to myself and asked it they could come up with something similar. The first try was still too blonde for me. I reached out to esalon with this information and received a personal phone call from a colorist during which we discussed my color and I thought I was asking the impossible! But, after the conversation, I received a new adjusted color and I could not be happier. I get so many compliments on my hair mostly about how natural my color looks. Not covering grayI went with this product because I thought it would be less damage to hair and better gray coverage. I just did my hair last night and still have gray showing through.
