Great color!It was easy to use and should be more reliable than box color. Love that they gave me a brush so I could get my hairline better. Only downside was they (thoughtfully) sent me a color for my ends that didn’t have brown in it. That scared me that I would screw it up so I waited to color my hair until after I got it cut so I only used the main color. Bluffée !!Que du positif.. Pas le temps pour moi d'aller 2 heures chez le coiffeur.. Après avoir testées les colorations des grandes surfaces (catastrophe), et après avoir lu les avis, j'ai testé eSalon.. Tout d'abord, j'ouvre le colis.. Et première jolies surprise.. Il ressemble à un cadeau. Mon prénom est inscrit sur le flacon, ça ne fait pas de moi une coiffeuse, mais c'est plutôt sympa. Tout est très bien présenté. Le mode d'emploi est parfaitement détaillé. Et certaines étapes sont pour moi inconnues mais me conforte dans le fait que le résultat n'en sera que plus professionnel.. La couleur s'applique parfaitement. J'ai acheté le kit avec le pinceau, le bol et le minuteur et c'est vrai que je préfère cette méthode à celle du flacon. Après avoir suivi scrupuleusement toutes les étapes, vient le moment du rinçage.. Et grande surprise, la couleur ne dégorge pas et l'eau devient rapidement claire. Le shampoing est un véritable soin, ainsi que l'après shampoing.. Je ne pensait pas en avoir pas suffisament (mes cheveux sont très epais), mais il y en a largement assez. Les cheveux sont instantanément doux. L'odeur du shampoing et de l'après shampoing sont vraiment très agréables... L'odeur de la coloration est relativement forte, mais pas plus que toutes celles que j'ai essayé. La couleur est parfaite.. BRAVO 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Not exactly what I’d hoped forNot exactly the result I’d hoped for. The roots covered well, but the length application bottle wasn’t enough for my long hair and the result is lighter/patchy on one side. The overall effect tonally is closer to where I wanted to be however the ‘copper’ colour wasn’t near bright enough and has faded really quickly. The repurchase is saying it will only end a bottle for my roots but it’s the body of my hair that needs to most dye and more colour retention for a ‘copper’ look. No refund for return. I did not like color n was told would be refundedThe company isn’t bad but it’s disappointing to have customer service tell you it’s okay! Color gives good luster but lots of hair fallGood luster and good looking. But feels like lots of chemicals and ammonia. It smells ammonia while mixing. This can be improved I think. Did not tackle the graysThe color kit did not cover the grays as it has in the past. Nothing was done differently than any previous time, same application, same amount of time to process on the hair.
