Really surprised.I have colored my hair at home for the past ten years with pretty good results. The color faded more quickly than I liked so I am trying something new. Great stuff! Great service!I love the personalised service. Make sure you send a photo so they have some idea of where you are now. I had a follow up email that helped determine the best colour for me. Used it 2 days ago and perfect shiny colour. They'll work with me if I gradually want to go darker.
