NeukundeDie Haarfarbe ist sehr satt und gleichmäßig geworden. Der Ton ist so wie ich ihn haben wollte, was schwierig war, da mir die Haarfarbe im Vorfeld beim Friseur versaut wurde. Erst den Ansatz gefärbt, dann die Längen mit unterschiedlichen Tönen, um ein einheitliches Ergebnis zu erzielen. Wurde von eSalon gut umgesetzt, die Farbe ist stimmig. BottlesHi...I enjoy using this product but each time I mix it I think that I wish the cream bottle opening could easily accommodate the color bottle. The the 2 bottles being of similar but different size, you cant insert the color bottle into the cream bottle to assist in getting all of the color formula. Horrible customer serviceI canceled my plan back in october. They charged me in january and in march for 27 each. They apologized for the inconvenience but made me pay for their shipping that I didn't even order. The girl was rude talking over me saying "sorry there is nothing I can do for you" after I asked her multiple times to refund my money. Finally after raising my voice my money will be refunded in 3 days but still have to pay for the shipping. Very disappointedVery messy, you have two bottles of color, one for the roots and one for the ends. Hard to rinse out, left my hair feeling sticky even after 4 rinses.
