Love this hair colorBest color I have ever used on my hair. For the last ten years I have had my hair professionally colored by Gene Juarez, I decided to try this because I'm stuck in quarantine lock down and I am so glad I did. I watched all the videos, used the brush for application, and second bottle for ends, my hair came out perfectly. This color also left my hair super soft and conditioned with great texture. OMG, I NEVER thought it would turn out this well!So Covid-19 has turned everyone into a homebody but I didn't want to continue having gray hair in my root regrowth. I took a chance and WOW! UnsureFollowed all of the directions, did roots first & let sit for recommended period of time before doing the ends. I was going for medium ash brown but my roots that were gray, turned out much lighter & warmer than the rest of my hair. just okThe customer service is very good. My color was too light and they put me on with a colorist and she reviewed my issues and sent out another package right away. The color was perfect!
