I feel so accomplished!!!I usually don't leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so today!!! Since the "physical distancing" and not being able to get to the salon to wash my grey away, I resorted to the internet to solve my dilemma. I found Esalon and their online consultation process easy to understand and complete. I received my kit with instructions on how to use and I got the Best results ever!!! Thank you Esalon... WowI never write reviews but I was very impressed with my order. They included everything I needed and my color came out beautiful! It left my hair shiny and healthy looking. First product use - very happy with resultsFrom the first moment I contacted esalon to order my hair colour I have been impressed with the exceptional service. Although I had my reservations about having to dye my roots at home, as I’m unable to visit my regular hairdresser to due to the current lockdown, I was reassured after a call from the colourist to check that the product that would be prepared for me would be perfect and I am happy to report that it has blended well with my existing colour and that I will be continuing to place orders during the lockdown and beyond to extend the time between my visits to the hairdresser. Nie wieder ohne!Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich esalon gefunden habe. Die farbe deckt zuverlässig den Grauanteil, hält wirklich sehr, sehr lang und macht tolle glänzende und gesund aussehende Haare. Einziger Makel ist der doch etwas starke Geruch, wenn man nach dem Ansatz färben, das Haar mit dem Restmittel färbt. Da ich dies immer über der Wanne "hängend" erledige, steigt der Geruch doch schon ganz schön in die Augen. Aber sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Grauabdeckungnach 3 Haarwäschen muß ich leider feststellen, dass die Grauabdeckung nicht wie erwartet ist! Es schimmert immer noch durch und für den Zukünftigen Preis ist es mir auf dauer zu teuer, da mein seitheriges Produkt dies bezgl. besser abdeckt und günstiger ist.
