Hair too lightThe color that I received was too light. I had sent a photo but the colorist never called me to make any adjustments. I thought that was the purpose of using eSalon as a professional would look at the photo and make changes. No one contacted me. Asked for lighter, but sent darkerI specifically asked for lighter, but was sent darker. I specifically said I had zero gray hair, but the directions said”to color gray hair.” I specifically asked for a follow up email, and got no email. Great idea but results were not thereIt was my first time trying esalon and I have to say I was very impressed with the packaging and the product was also branded very nicely. The whole concept was brilliant but unfortunately, the product quality wasn't there I was looking for some gray coverage so I chose a darker color than my natural one but it didn't successfully cover everything. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Verschwendung und keine Effekte sichtbarAnwendung ist ja ok, aber dafür dass man zwei verschiedene Farben anmischen soll, ist es auf Dauer zu viel an Farbe, die im Ausguss landet. Für nur den Ansatz hätte die Hälfte gereicht, ebenso für die Längen dann. Der Rest Farbe muss dann leider entsorgt werden. Das ist mehr als ärgerlich. Außerdem sehe ich keinen Unterschied zwischen Ansatz und Längen. Die Farben haben sich wohl dann vermischt, Effekte sind nicht sichtbar. Just Fab !I was very sceptical about colouring my own hair at home especially due to the mixture of blondes, light browns, dark browns & copper tones my hair was but due to the current situation that we’re all in I thought I’d go for it, I don’t have a lot greys but it covered my very dark roots & greys amazingly & my hair is all the same copper colour, It looks great... I documented it all via snapchat & I must say I am over the moon with the results... I will definitely use again!!
