parfait, je suis ravie !!!!A la commande j'ai envoyé une photo prise lors de mon passage chez le coiffeur quand j'étais en vacances (j'avais adoré son coiffage) pour permettre au coloriste du site d'avoir plus d'information. Le produit est vraiment très simple d'utilisation, c'est la première fois que je faisais ma couleur moi-même (confinement oblige !) je ne supportais plus mes racines ! ShadeWhile I'm trying to adjust to this brighter color of red; my colleagues seem to like it. I must have missed some areas so the older color looks like highlights which is pretty cool. DO NOY BUY- Turned my roots orangeOrdered light blonde and applied to my roots as instructed. Was horrified to see once washed that my roots had turned bright orange, which look horrific. Ladies do not buy this, go to the salon instead! Will cost me a fortune to rectify and has undone years of good work on part of my hairdresser! I bought this because I was told it does NOT have bad chemicalsI'm so bummed. I am breaking out like crazy. I looked for a product that would not have the PPD additives or any harsh chemicals. Madison Reed promised that I would love this product and I've done nothing but scratch my head, my neckline and its even effecting my eyes, ears, forehead--basically everywhere. The presentation of product is nice, I like the color, although I wanted dark ash brown--the blue black is tooooooooooooooo dark. I didn't even put all of the color on. Once you go black, black you cant do anything else. The color was too much and I'm breaking out like crazy. So Madison Reed lied. Not the color I wanted and expectedThe online experience was fine (up to a point, see below). The product was beautifully packaged. My hair felt good afterward - texture, coverage was good. But the color itself wasn't the rich, vibrant red I had wanted and expected. I think if I could have talked live with a colorist it would have been better.
