This color did NOT cover my grays. Completely disappointed.I was very excited to try dying my hair with my 'custom color' which was dark brown with gold tones. However, when I finally took the plunge and time to dye my hair, I was sadly disappointed. Instead of the color as stated, I wound up with brownish-gold and gray roots along with my already dark brown hair. I left the product on AMPLE time and followed the instructions so there's no reason a custom color couldn't do what any over-the-counter hair dye could: COVER THE GRAY! That WAS the point of this whole exercise after all (at least for me it was). Quarantine Dream!I have copper hair and my roots were coming in thick and strong. It can be hard to match my colour, but the kit did it perfectly. I also got a free ends refresher for my first order. The kit was packaged beautifully and had everything needed to colour my roots and refresh my ends. Service was as fast as it could be given the circumstances. My only constructive criticism is there were three steps involving gloves and only 2 pairs were given (not a big deal, (could reuse) and to maybe take into account the length of hair for the amount of shampoo and conditioner given. I have thick coarse long hair and the was no way enough conditioner....a fabulous product at an amazing price!! Best Customer Colour Set I've ever tried!ordered my colour package from eSalon and just wanted to say a huge thank you for the brilliant service. I’ve coloured my hair using the personalised product you sent and it is the most amazing colour I have ever had. The results are outstanding, my hair feels soft and the colour itself is perfect. And miracle of miracles my other half even complimented my hair so I know I’ve made the right choice!
