Yay!I’m impressed with how simple they make it! My color was spot on, and my results were fantastic. I feel silly for being so nervous the first time, but the colorist was patient and friendly as she explained things. Second bad color in a rowI'm so tired of the horrible colors this company sends and the so called color specialists that are supposed to help you fix their mishaps. Ändern der FarbeIch möchte KEINE roten Haare haben und kann die Farbe nicht ändern. Kontakt ist unmöglich. Die Äpp lässt keine Änderungswünsche zu. Man kann nur die einmal gewählte Farbe bestellen. ColorI just colored my hair for the new year and am unfortunately unhappy with it. I found the instructions a little difficult to follow (unless you have someone helping you) but most of all the color was not quite what I was hoping and the coverage was spotty in places and didn't cover the gray around my hairline.
