Amazingly accurate colour match!I was worried but I was impressed with the kit I bought and the instructions supplied. Only down side was I didn't realise the timer had a tiny on/off switch on the back, and it wasn't mentioned in the instructions. Tiny panic but I had my phone and used it. Then, on inspecting more calmly, I found it but nothing was in the instructions about that. However, in all other aspects of the instructions, it was spot on. I did feel my hair was a bit dryer than I would have expected when i'd finished drying it. ( Hair dressing) easy instructionsproduct instructions very good , packaging perfect product okay nice consistent color did ask for light blonde end result was medium blond ( virgin hair ) meaning no colour or bleaching for the last 5 years . Very disappointedI used your color and it did not even touch my gray hair. I left it on for the instructed time and it was applied to the gray hair and it did not cover them at all. Very disappointed and I would like a refund 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Did not receiveOrdered this kit at the early April, but I never received the kit to try. Even the delays in the mail due to covid, I should have gotten it by now. Made repeated attempts to speak with color stylist via phone, with no luck. Emailing is no problem and I am receiving a new kit but still don’t have answers to my questions. Überhaupt nicht zufriedenIch fand das stark unterschiedliche farbverhältnis von Ansatz Farbe zur Längen Farbe schon vor der Anwendung komisch. Nach dem auftragen nun das Ergebnis. Der Ansatz ist braun minimal einen ticken heller als meine naturfarben die Längen knallig Kupfer rot. Selbst mein Freund der nicht viel mit Haare färben anfangen kann, meinte der Übergang sieht scheisse aus. Werd es definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.
