I love this product!My initial color was great. I've been home coloring for years due to the frequency I need to color to stay ahead of the gray roots. The cost of going to the salon so very often was no longer an option. The application process with this product is so easy. And, since it was available I had my perfectly acceptable color tweaked and was absolutely thrilled with the results! I can't wait for the highlights to be available to change it up even more. Gorgeous Customized Color!I recently tried out my new customized hair color, Dark Blonde (Pearl Golden), and the shade that my colorist created, was perfect! The first color mix I used for my roots did an amazing job covering my silver hairs along my part. Then the second color mix I saturated the rest of my hair with turned out beautifully! I tried my best to follow the easy step-by-step directions since they are easy to understand. I did buy the Heart Lock It Color Care Shampoo and matching Conditioner because I have long hair right now and figured the sample packets (which are included with your hair dyes) would be too small of product for me. Both Shampoo and Conditioner, smell amazing and provided a lot of softness and moisturizing after I washed out the hair color. Once my hair air-dried completely, it was super soft to the touch!
