I'm not happy.I tried this color twice. The first time because I ordered an unflattering color for my skin tone. The second because after talking to one of your employees about this issue I was sent another color kit. Could not be more pleased!!My stylist that I have seen for 15 years recommended eSalon since the Covid shelter in place order doesn’t allow me to visit her.
