Perfect match-subtle resultsDisclaimer: I am extremely particular about results, and (typically) don't write reviews unless I am blown away. Use primarily to cover front gray/blond and around ears (hello, ponytail season!). Color does not darken with perspiration and blends beautifully...AND one of the best parts of this color process, after running through the hair and letting sit for a few at the end, is this radiant glow and depth achieved. I subscribed to this service in early March when the shelter-in days began, and not sure if I will need pro color $$$ going forward? Love the resultsI was so hesitant to color my hair for the first time in my life! With the stay-at-home directive, I missed my hair appointment mid-March. So mid-May, it had been over 3 months. To order, your color specialist called to discuss my color selection. She told me to send some photos taken outside rather than indoors so she could better determine the color. With her expertise, she tweaked the color just a bit. I got the personalized kit very quickly. Then, I watched all the videos, but still needed encouragement. With all this support, I colored my hair tonight and just love the results. My hair color has dimension, exactly the right tones and it was so easy. Thank you so much! Pleasantly surprisedI wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I ordered. I was worried that the color would be noticeable off from the color I was trying to match my roots to and I’d end up having to dye my whole head. I feel like the match was almost perfect. Almost thereThe color was nice, but not quite true to the photo. I expect more violet undertone and it seemed just reddish to me. Gray coverage was OK. It didn't quite saturate and was very light compared to the rest of my hair. Thankfully I don't have too much gray hair, just some strands around my temple. I didn't have an issue with gray coverage with other brands and I followed the instructions to the T. (The instructions by the way were very detailed, which is a plus) The additional color that was included for my ends smelled so strong with ammonia. Which is strange because the color for my roots didn't have much of a smell. I like how my hair didn't feel damaged after and seemed smoother and shinier. Love the color but....I love the color. The process is easy however, it is not covering all my gray by my part line. I have tried to leave it on a bit longer, I have tried to make sure I get it saturated with the color. It just seems to have a bit of trouble with my resistant gray.
