Much Better than a box!I’m waiting on my second shipment. The first one was good, but adjustments will make it better. Delayed transactionWhen first time ordering and receiving a suggested color, I disliked it. I requested my initial color which supposed to receive with no charge. besser als erträumtIch habe meine erste Haar-Färbe-Erfahrung in die Hände des eSalons gelegt und ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein. Die Farbe ist sehr natürlich und sieht auf den ersten Blick nicht gefärbt aus, sondern hat viele Dimensionen und Schattierungen, wie natürliches Haar sich eben verhält. Die Beschreibung, wie das Färbe-Set zu verwenden ist, war detailreich und unmissverständlich. Ich hatte sogar die Möglichkeit mich bei ihnen zu melden, falls die Farbe nicht meinen Vorstellungen entspricht und meine Wünsche neu zu besprechen. Ich bin wirklich glücklich mit dem Ergebnis und mit dem gesamten Prozess und freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal! Perfect1st time went a little red but thats my hair. So the next time I told my colorist and it came out so perfect dark golden blonde. I will never go back to the salon. Great service, not so great resultI was expecting a soft black color, but I got a soft dark brown. I understand my hair was bleached, however, then I would have expected it to dye it even darker. After a few showers, my hair totally turned reddish brown. But I still loved the experience.
