Does not cover greysI ordered this color for two reasons.. grey coverage and to go a little lighter. The color covered my greys for a few washes and then washed out. Don't BotherI ordered this product with high hopes for covering my gray roots. I received the product two weeks after my order was processed. ( I am practically in the same Zip Code). The color was a good match. It lasted for 10 days. I called Esalon and had a long chat with a colorist who tweaked the formula and said a replacement would be sent out immediately. Two weeks later-no color. When I called to find out what had happened, I was told they planned to send the replacement out at the next scheduled interval , whenever that was. The order was then RE-placed, and I waited again. It's now 10 days later; the order was picked up by the post office, but still has not arrived. Customer service said, fine do you want a refund? Root touch upLovely colour and easy to use but being charged same price or more for the root package as the full head package is a complete scam. Loved the color and the shampoo & conditionerThe color was perfect. The instructions were easy to follow. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair looking amazing! It was a bit hard for me to do the back since I didn't have anyone to help, but I managed to do it right. I may continue using this product instead of paying so much at the salon.
