Love the color but...I love the color and would like to try other products but they have been "out of stock" for months & months. I contact them every month for an ETA on "out of stock" products but so far nothing. Colored hair needs protection so better to use a different brand product outside of esalon than no product at all, right? Updated review May 27th 2020 I still love the color but recently had to buy a color from the grocery store because May 5th order was lost in the mail and replacement is "suppose" to be delivered today. 22 days! Very disappointed esalon couldn't send me a rush replacement. My suggestion is to always have a backup color on hand for emergencies. This is the 3rd time I have had a very late shipment that caused me to have to use a grocery store color. Was hoping for good, got great!After neighbor’s recommendation I took the plunge. The extent of pre-order questions, huge color selection and request for a picture made me slightly less apprehensive. Kit arrived when promised and I never hesitated. The instructions, application and results were amazing. The color was perfect, my hair was not dry or damaged and the color covered the grey roots and still do almost a month after coloring. WOW!I have never colored my hair at home myself! This was so easy and no mess! The instructions were clear and led me through the entire process. The best part was how beautiful my color came out!
