Awesome color!Thank you, Freddie!! I wasn’t sure what I was going to do when quarantine started and my grays began to pop through a month after my last appointment at the salon. My hair color turned out perfect, shiny, and ultra flattering. I think being able to upload a photo is such a smart feature and really helped my colorist create a shade of brown that I’m very happy with! Directions were easy to follow and thoughtfully written. Not the colour I was hoping forI have just used my first esalon colour kit which I found really easy to use. The instructions were great and easy to follow and I’m pleased with the condition and feel of my hair after the colour has been applied. The colour I have is not exactly what I wanted as there is far too much gold tones which on light brown hair looks very ‘orange’ in sunlight and glows. I asked not to have gold tones but to have ash. ColorI expected my color to be more ash/platinum blonde. I have toned it and using the toner shampoo. It has to much brassiness to it. I would like to use color again but how can this be adjusted? I do love the shine it gave my hair. My hair is baby fine and the color seemed pretty gentle as apposed to color kits I have used before. Thank you. Best productsI have an mistake in choose the color of my roots but its ok the one color i try. Now i want to try another one because i want another color in my roots with streaks in all my hair.I like how quickly the roots take the color and how my hair look when i finish them. application brushI am happy with the color. Coverage of my gray roots is effective and I think the color is nice. However, I did not receive an application brush with my last purchase, despite providing feedback indicating that I use the brush with the bottle to apply the color. Love My Hair!!!Color was great but would like additional silvery/grayish tone. Knowing you can work with a colorist and be given the possibility this happening makes the product worthwhile.
