Color fades fast over graysI gave this a fare try with 4 uses, and found that it fades faster than the store box color I use. It's not worth the money to me. Also, I cancel my subscription over the phone with CS the day I received the next months box and got a refund. Then I end up getting another box this last month that I didnt want! Turns out they didn't cancel my subscription like I requested! So, I went online into my account and cancel it this time myself! Meine Haarfarbe auf BestellungIch hatte es im Internet gesehen und habe es einfach mal ausprobiert die Farbe die ich bekommen habe wurde direkt auf mich abgestimmt sehr schön verpackt und auch alles richtig erklärt wie mann es anwendet . Ich bin von dem Farb Ergebnis total begeistert es deckt graue Haare ab die Farbe leuchtet schön und meine Haare sind total weich . Amazing!I cannot believe what a great match this is for my hair. It’s everything I asked for and so convenient. My hair colour was discontinued after six years of using it and I was panicking about how I would get my roots done without dying all of my hair. I have brought many different colours from the shop to try it and none of them were right, I didn’t have worried because Esalon corrected my suggested colour and gave me a perfect match.!
