Really good!So I am a bit of a diva when it comes to my hair and because of covid I needed for the first time to do it myself. It was really easy and the instructions were good. I didn't use their shampoo/conditioner because I have really sensitive skin to soaps but the condition of my hair after was so much better than usual so I think there must be something really conditioning in the colour. I went from blonde to red and the colour turned out pretty close to how I was expecting it to look. The only thing is that the ends are a lot lighter than the roots so the colour may not have been matched perfectly. I'll fix it but I'm just happy it looks ok and didn't ruin my hair. Naja, habe aufgrund der Werbung mehr erwartetHabe die Coloration getestet. Toll ist dass die Menge wirklich gut ausreicht selbst für mein sehr dickes/volles Haar. Ebenfalls bleibt an dem Set kein Wunsch offen, 2 Paar Handschuhe, 1 Pinsel, Anti Flecken Creme und Fleckentferner falls doch was daneben geht, Shampoo und Conditioner. Soweit alles toll. Großes Minus mache ich bei der Grauabdeckung. Obwohl ich die Farbe 10 Minuten länger als empfohlen angewendet habe, hat es die grauen Haare nicht komplett abgedeckt. Leider. A Perfectly Matched Root Colour + Perfect Instructions!I had never dyed my hair by myself. So, during the Covid-19 pandemic, after 3 months of unattended grown roots, I finally had to give in and try to do it myself! So, I ordered various hair colours from different brands, but never got to using them as they didn't look right. Meantime, while searching on Youtube for instructional videos of how to colour one's own hair, I saw a video where the lady in it said that she was using eSalon products and described how they went about creating a colour that would match your hair colour. So, I answered a few simple questions on eSalon and sent them a Selfie asking for a colour for my roots. They very quickly created one and sent it to me. I must say that I was at first quite skeptical as to whether it would indeed match my hair colour. But to my great surprise it did so perfectly! Also, their instructions were super clear and easy to follow - that was just great! Slight tone differencesI have been using this product for about 7 months now. This last box sent I feel the color was off. I got root touch up and it was darker than the rest of my hair. It is possible that my hair has bleached out in the sun and the tone of the ends of lighter now but I feel as though the color experts should account for this and follow up with us as clients to warn us that our color tone may change depending on the sun exposure. Respuesta de nuestros expertosAndrea - Thank you for your feedback. yes, sun exposure can definitely cause color to fade and lighten. if you're not doing so already, i would suggest using a color safe shampoo and wearing a hat when out in the sun if possible. Color was a little brassyThe color was nice but it was a little too brassy. My hubby did it, he did a good job. I think my next mail order I would ask to adjust the red. Overall I was pleased.
