A little disappointed.I ordered a custom color kit and wrote so many notes and attached pictures of the exact color I wanted to have my hair. I didn’t receive any guidance, advice, or any concern from the colorist assigned to me, and the mixture seemed way too generic, not realizing my concerns at all. I followed all of the instructions provided, but the overall application was just patchy and didn’t cover all of the brassy and coppery colors, and actually added too much gold in my hair. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!I have been waiting weeks for my order and have still not received it. I finally received a tracking number a few days ago. It was delivered to Burlington, ON depot which is 1 hour away from my home. Now it is on its way to Richmond, BC, which is a 6 hour plane ride away!!! When I called to inquire with customer service they said to call back next week!! They would not call the shipping company to look into it. It’s not the same color as last timeI liked the last color. I didn’t complain. I thought I would get the same color again. What I received is brown. Totally WorkedI was very skeptical to color my roots at home. First of all I've never done it before and I'm in my late 40s, but also my natural hair color is dark blond which I have highlighted at the salon. My dark roots were coming in, plus some grays. I was amazed at how well eSalon was able to create a color that naturally blended my roots into the highlighted part of my hair! I thought that was something that could only occur at a salon. My hairstylist thinks ESalon is great!During this pandemic, we all had to figure out what to do with our hair! I found ESalon to cover my gray roots. Things have finally opened up here. Great coverageEasy to apply. Well explained directions. Love the color but will be tweaking for next time. Covered all my little grays around my face. Even coverage.
