New Formula 😞I love e salon and have been using it for many years hence the 5 star rating. Unfortunately though they have changed their formula and I don’t like it at all! 😞 The consistency is very thick and makes it extremely difficult to apply. I was even concerned to the point that whilst applying it, I thought I’d received the wrong order. Does not workam not pleased with the color and would like to cancel my entire subscription/membership. I notified someone last week about returning the kit because the color did not change. PoorVery unhappy with every aspect of this product and company. Buyer beware. It make take you two weeks to receive this subpar hair color. ( If at all). I was given a "credit" for a shipment that never arrived and then OOPS! They forgot to add the credit.
