Just through photos submitted through eSalon, my colorist has mixed the right shade of chocolate that works with my complexion. Finally the perfect color!I have trouble finding a brown that's not too dark or too red. This medium brown with violet is exactly what I wanted. I originally got the dark brown, but I just messaged them asking to make it lighter, and the next box was perfect. I also love that it automatically ships to me when I decide, because I'm always thinking "man, I need to color my hair" and then the kit just shows up! I love this product/service.
