Love itI contact my colourist and asked for a more burgundy tone rather than a mahogany tone, which is what I usually get, and the results were amazing! Great colourI've been colouring my hair since I was a teen. Boxed colour and recently beauty supply colour. But I never could get the colour I really wanted. My kit was very good, had everything I needed to do a complete job myself, and the shade is just what I wanted. I'm hoping my brown will stay ashy and not turn reddish as time passes. Great Root Touch-UpFirst time using the root touch-up although I have previously used the overall color from ESalon. My hair is much longer - and grayer- since my last use, and I had a difficult time sectioning it, as described in the accompanying brochure. I was concerned that I brushed product on to more than the roots (especially at the back of my head where I couldn't see what I was doing!) Great colorI really didn’t like my first color set. The color was much darker than what I requested. I asked for an adjustment to go a few shades lighter. Great ColourLove the colour but I have very stubborn grey hair and the first colour I received ,the colour around my hair line faded very quickly. Before the second one was due I received an email asking if I had any problems with the colour and when I mentioned the problem with the grey hair around my hair line they said that they would adjust the colour mix .
