disaster!First kit was fine auburn, the next kit my hair became almost black, not what I wanted at all! Two months later I am still trying to get my hair color back to where I want it to be...refund was issued not a problem but I spent the extra money to get a great product. Love the new shadeThe first time I ordered my color I ordered my brown shade. I decided to lighten it up a bit and wanted a little more red. I love my new color!!! It brightens up my olive complexion, and my husband loves it. I must say, my hair is much healthier since I started using eSalon. It is softer, shinier and much more manageable.
