Not happy with newest color setThis newest color set had a new shampoo and conditioner that had too strong of a fragrance and didn't seem to make my hair feel as soft as the previous shampoo and conditioner. This set also seemed to have less color and only had 1 set of gloves in it, when it normally has two. Also the last 2 times I have used the coloring, it is not covering the grey at the temples and widows peak even though I am putting color there first and leaving it on for 20 minutes before starting the rest of the coloring. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Loved it!I loved the personalized kit. All of my questioned were answered in the instructions. My color turned out perfectly. I emailed back and forth with a colorist and decided to go with the color I originally selected and it turned out great. I’m never this happy with color at a salon. Great product!I highly recommend eSalon for hair coloring products. I have tried numerous hair coloring products purchased at retail stores. The result was mostly unsatisfactory. (My hair was often left dry and brittle.) I read the reviews about eSalon and decided to give it a try, especially since my salon was closed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. It did not disappoint. The service is great. I was assigned Yvette, a personal colorist, to answer any questions. She was very helpful and responsive. I received detailed instructions for application. I am completely satisfied with the results. Loved this productThe color was exactly what I was asking for. i was shocked because I hadn’t had luck in a salon or by box getting what I’d wanted. Even though I knew how to apply it, I loved the easy to follow instructions with everything you need packed so perfectly. I'm hookedThe color is fantastic, and my hair is soft and shiny. I've been wanting to try this product for years as the money I spent at the salon every month has been more than I can afford. The pandemic gave me good reason to try it. i was nervous at first. I'm mostly gray and have blond color. When I first put it on the color turned really dark and that worried me, but it washed out and left a rich color on my roots. I adjusted my color to add more ash and the second time even better. I just tried my 3rd color. It went on a little purple/blue but then darkened to the normal color and looks fantastic. I may not have mixed it well enough. Beim zweiten Mal wars bombeLiebe Katharina. Die letzte Farbmischung war genauso,wie ich es mir gewünscht habe:) mit dem farbauffrischer ist die Farbe endlich einheitlich und auch die Spitzen sind toll kupfrig. Ich liebe die Farbe.
