Be prepared to wait weeks for deliveryThe product leaves your hair feeling great. The color is pretty good at first, but quickly fades and the grey coverage is not the best. The main reason why I canceled after only a few months was it took over 2 weeks to receive my color every time! It would list that the product shipped on my order date, but the method they use is not reliable. The last time, it "shipped" on June 10th and as of today, June 25th, I have yet to receive my color.
