Best colour I have ever achieved at home!I had a home colour disaster a couple of years ago and it has taken a while to get sorted. When lockdown started I was due a colour and missed it. Being useless at anything like this i decided to do an all over colour and root refresh on my highlighted hair. The results were slightly darker than I was hoping BUT looked so much better, really natural and my mum commented that it was the best colour she had seen on me for ages! Colour KitGreat service, I loved the individuality of it all, but the colour you arranged for me was horrible. It was the worst colour I've ever had my hair. I had to dye over it with a dark brown a couple days later. It's a shame, because I really liked the idea of it. Initially very pleasedWas initially very pleased with the colour and covering. However after only 2 weeks my grey was showing through and not from regrowth. It had been applied correctly and i used their colour shampoo and conditioner. I have sent an email asking if my colour can be adjusted and they said yes.
