Last orderThe first time I used your product it was lovely. The last recent use I didn’t enjoy. The product was not comparable to the first coloring. The product wasn’t as smooth& thick & the strong smell of ammonia was very irritable & undesirable. Sorry I’ve been harsh but I can’t continue to order this item with these conditions. Not really happy with colorThe color made my hair feel dry and my hair had no luster or shine. It had a very flat matte appearance to it. The value of the color was not not pretty. It made my hair look like it was colored and that was not an attractive look. It made my hair feel like it was over processed and my hair tangled easily so brushing that out caused breakage. I was really disappointed. The shampoo and conditioner did not seem to make my hair soft or feel like it usually does after application of a conditioner product.
