Bad Apple in the bunch.Color was not what I had ordered. No Mahogany came through, just a golden brunette. This is my 6th box, all others have been great. But don’t appreciate customer service telling me the way I color my hair is the reason the shade was wrong. Horrible experienceI place my order June 4th paid to have it rushed and after the 12 days I still had not received anything so I emailed, I was told it could take up to July 1st even though that is not what the website says so I waited and emailed again on the 30th of june as nothing had made any progress, they shipped another one and I just received it today and followed the directions to a tee currently my roots are orange, my mids and ends are dark brown now... far from dark blonde (cool beige). Nothing like I requested - horrible colorI requested a strawberry blonde color. After using my custom color that was sent to me, I have horrible mousey brown hair. I absolutely hate it. Excellent Coverage, Beautiful Color, Easy DIY Kit!I love eSalon color! I achieved excellent coverage of my stubborn grays, and the color is gorgeous. It's beautiful, multi-faceted, natural-looking color that looks like I went to the salon, at less than half the price! This is not like the color kits you can get at the grocery store, which tend to produce a mono-toned color, in my opinion. The DIY Kit sent by eSalon contained everything I needed, including individualized instructions, and the process was super easy. Best Yetbeen using esalon since the New Year and if I thought it was fantastic before lockdown its now invaluable during the current PH crisis. Salon quality, generous sized product ( I have long hair and this provides more than enough coverage for me) I can tweak shade/tone as often as I like and it gets delivered to my door.
