Highly recommendFirst purchase my color was a touch brassy, so I wrote and sent a picture. My second shipment my colorist adjusted my formula.....AWESOME!!! It’s exactly what I wanted!!! My husband even told me to stay with this color as it was perfect......he has NEVER said that any other time in the past 10 years that I’ve been coloring my hair! Well worth it!!I got my kit and my daughter done my hair. The results were amazing!!! Its the closest to my natural color I've ever seen which is very very dark brown but not black.
