Easy and looks great!I used box color for years then it didn’t seem to color my grey very well. I started to do it at the salon. It lasted 5 weeks and looked great but I always cringed at the cost. After years of this I decided to go back to doing it myself. The store box wasn’t cutting it. Then I saw an ad for esalon.com. I tried it. Simple to order. 2nd time around is much betterThe first color was awful and caused me to have to use baking soda to try to remove it. The 2nd time was a very close match to my old color. No gray coverage, not 100% satisfied with color resultI wanted to love this and followed the instructions carefully. Unfortunately, I got NO gray coverage with my formula and what was supposed to be a cool neutral blonde, was very warm and a bit brassy.
