SAVE YOUR HAIR - don’t use this!!A truly awful experience. I was sent two colors - brown for my roots and bright, clown red for the rest. The result was horrific and I had to go to a salon to have it fixed. When I called customer care, she casually said “we can’t color roots red, so brown is the closest you’ll get without going to a salon and having it done.” Would’ve been great information for them to share before sending me this product. no brushI'm happy with the color. The first time I ordered this product there was a brush for application. The second time, there was no brush and it doesn't appear to be a mistake as the list of items provided does not include "brush". It is very hard to apply without a brush and after getting all set up I didn't want to go out to the store to get one. Did not like the color or the productWas not satisfied with the color or the product, I found that it didn't last as long as it does when I go to a salon and felt it dried out my hair. Etwas zu dunkel geworden aber trotzdem tollDie bestellte Haarfarbe kam pünktlich an und hat gleich beim Öffnen ein "Wow!" aus mir herausgelockt. Die gelieferten Produkte waren so schön ordentlich, hochwertig und mit Liebe verpackt. Aber vor Allem die personalisierte Farbe und Gebrauchsanweisung haben mich total überzeigt. Das ist so eine wundervolle Idee, bei der sich jede Frau wie eine Königin fühlt. :) Auch klasse ist, dass eSalon mitdenkt und alles mitliefert, was man zum Färben brauch (gratis Pinsel, Barrierecreme, Farbentferner und passende(!) Handschuhe). Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist gut verständlich und die Anwendung dementsprechend einfach. Das Ergebnis ist leider nicht 100%ig so geworden, wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte (etwas zu dunkel und zu warmer Ton). Hierfür muss ich leider einen Stern abziehen. Sieht aber trotzdem toll aus. Werde aber für die nächsten LIeferungen einfach die Farbe anpassen, was einer von vielen Punkten ist, die das Konzept von eSalon für mich sehr ansprechend machen.
