Quality and great colorI owned a Day Spa and hairstyling salon a few years back and your product is excellent and we used Aveda products.. my daughter in law introduced me to your company and I am so happy she did.. New FormulaI questioned the appearance of the new formula when I combined the color with the developer. It was much thicker and gray in color. I was assured by customer service that it was not a mistake. My hair color looks great as always, it rinsed out and washed better than the original formula. I’m very happy with the change. Back to my natural color!I've been wanting to go back to my natural color of golden brown for a while now. I've been dying it different shades of black for the last few years. New Formula?I've been using eSalon for several years now and today, I opened my kit and found a wonderful surprise! The (new?) formula was soooo thick and creamy! I LOVED IT! It clung to my hair, no dripping and it was so easy to wash out afterward. In fact, my hair felt so soft and amazing when I rinsed it out that I almost hated to shampoo it. But, I was too excited about using the free sample of Caviar shampoo and conditioner... which was the cherry on top! I don't know what you did to the formula, but I am so grateful. Haar FarbeIch liebe es. Ich habe dieses Produkt zum ersten Mal gekauft, und ich muss sagen, dass die Ergebnisse sehr gut waren. Falsche FarbeIch sollte ein dunkelblond bekommen. Haben wollte ich helles blond aber hier wurde ich beraten, dass dies mit der Abdeckung der grauen Haare nicht gehen würde. Nun bin ich super dunkel mit rot. Sieht fast aus wie schwarz mit rot. So sah ich noch nie aus. Grauenvoll. Jede Farbe aus der Drogerie war bisher besser.
