Perfect New Color!My colorist adjusted my color and the new color is just perfect! It has the right amount of red and is very vibrant! The hair color kit has just the right amount of color for my long hair. The instructions are easy to follow. Great Haircolor and customer serviceReally appreciate everything about this company. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my "kit" has not included the small brush used to apply the hair color. When I tried to order one to come with my next set, which I don't mind paying for since it costs less than $2, the response was that it was already included. But it has not been included since the first order. Otherwise, I will use this product until I get tired of doing my own hair color but ESalon is saving me a ton of money. Hair is so important!OK so on Zoom constantly during the pandemic-this is no time to let nature take over my hair. I was really happy with the color and I am not particularly talented applying it. When I went back to my "person" as much because I missed her as the need to get my hair done-actually more. she had to admit it looked pretty good. Color is darkI guess I didn’t do a good job picking a brown with red highlights. My daughter did the process for me and the directions were exact.
