My first package was lost for about a month so I emailed customer service and they sent me another one without hesitant or extra costs. This color is incredibleGreat product, great service, I love it! My hair color covered beautifully, and my hair is shiny. Easy to followReally well packaged. Consistency wasnt as thick as I'm use to so I did make a mess. Went from blonde to dark brown, colorfill was added to keep me from going green or muddy.
