Awesome customer serviceI don’t normally write reviews but I loveee how my first esalon kit came with everything I need, including an extra free bottle of dye. My first package was lost for about a month so I emailed customer service and they sent me another one without hesitant or extra costs. Was skepticalI was skeptical but wanted to give this a try. After completing the process and drying my hair. I thought at first it was a little dark, then my neighbor came over and noticed my hair immediately. She said it matched my complexion and looked great.
