Adjusted ColorI adjusted my color formula just before my last shipment. When I called in to change the color it was super easy to speak with a colorist, explain what I wanted to achieve and she adjusted the color. I just applied the new color yesterday and it's perfect, it's exactly the color/shade I wanted to achieve and the shine is fabulous! I've been using eSalon since 2015 and I've loved my color through several shade tweaks. The new "cream" formulation is so much easier to work with, so easy in fact, I was able to apply the color significantly faster and still achieve excellent grey coverage and final results are amazing. Easy to useI've used this service in the past, many years ago now. The addition of shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. It's interesting that my hair is growing in with a lighter color and not white or grey though there are some grey. The color is so natural looking!For years, my colorists have worked hard to tweak my formula to recreate my natural strawberry-blonde color with copper highlights but, when I wasn't able to see my colorist due to the Pandemic, I tried e-salon. I wasn't expecting to get the positive results that I did but, even from the first time using my custom color, my hair color ended up looked as good as when my colorist would do it. My husband, in fact, felt it looked better. Anyhow, so I can't say enough about how happy I am to find salon results in a do-it-yourself product. Did the job wellI was unsure about buying another hair dye, I had completely grown out old dyes and had nearly a full head of grey hair. I had seen quite a few recommendations for esalon so thought I would give it a try, it was very easy to set up my profile, and add what I want, the package turned up very quickly, but I still waited a few days before using it as I was still unsure. I took the plunge today, the step by step instructions are easy to follow. Yes it got messy, but I was using soft black dye (as close to my natural pre grey as I'm going to get) the colour covered my grey really well (there was a lot of it) in certain light you can still see a little glimmer of grey but that makes the colour look more natural to me, there was plenty of dye to cover my thick hair, and some left over to do the after dye wash, I never had that with other dyes. The dye itself doesn't smell too strong, and the after shampoo and conditioner smell fantastic and left my hair feeling really soft and gave it a lovely soft shine I'm looking forward to getting my next one in 10 weeks, and will be recommending this company to my friends and family 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
