I love the flexability and it's custom for me!!I have been a customer since 2013 and I have yet to be less than thrilled by the color. I recently asked for adjustments, feeling the need to perk up my color and they created exactly what I desired. It is great being able to say what I want and being confident they will understand and give me the exact color and tones I desire! Best of all I get compliments on how beautiful my hair color is! Absolutely the best colour I've ever had in 30 years of colouring my hair :-)In 30+ years of colouring my hair, I've never had as many compliments as I have since using this - even when it's been done at the hairdressers! Great ColorI love my custom color. I can't explain it but its not "too black". Sometimes black dyes just make my face look washed out --the color is too harsh and flat. This blend has some reddish hues to it that gives a nice balance in the black color and more dimension in the color.
