Commande du 30 mars reçue le 23 avrilBonjour. Comme j’ai reçu ma commande trés tard j’ai entre-temps refait mes racines avec le kit racine shwarkoff. Je resterai votre coloration plus tard du coup. Encore merci pour votre geste commercial. Depuis j’ai utilisé ce set coloration toutes les 4 semaines et c’est top. Merci à l’équipe. Happy HairI always had my hair professional colored every 4 weeks, beautiful results but a little costly. When pandemic struck and salons were closed and stay at home orders put in place, I went 3 months without color and boy was my hair gray!!!! Since I am retired and wasn't going anywhere it was not too big of a deal. When I saw the ad for eSalon I was intrigued and decided to try. I was not overly enthused about the prospect of coloring my own hair but the price was good, figured what did I have to lose (except hopefully the gray). Personally for me the color is great and the money I'm saving from doing at home is wonderful. I admit I don't look forward to coloring my hair, I find it quite messy and time consuming and I do miss some spots, but that's my fault. Other than that I am thankful there is a company such as eSalon with what seems to be good products, with great instructions on the process and great help available if need be for questions or to help with a color change issue. Auto delivery is awesome and can be adjusted if you find you need quicker or want to delay. Love your productMy hair is shinier and full since using your product, however, the only worry that I have is that it contains ammonium hydroxide which many salons do not use anymore. Great ProductThe only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that I have short hair and really don't need 20oz. Wish they had a 10oz option (or a kit with two 10oz options. I struggled to get the gloves on as well as they were very tight. I do like that 2 sets of gloves and very detailed instructions are provided.
