Worth the priceEasy to use, excellent instructions and salon color results. One exception is the shipping of the product. Of the 3 I have receiced so far, one came leaking and was not useable and another got lost in the mail. Each were replaced free of charge. Long Shipping TimeI will never order from Esalon again. It took over 3 weeks from the time of shipping to receive.
