Color was EXACT!I absolutely love the color and tone… And feel like what I received, was what I expected exactly. Way too darkI'm really unhappy with my color. It was supposed to turn out light brown but turned out dark brown even though I followed directions to a t. Farbe wie gewünschtIch war sehr skeptisch und nach einer persönlichen telefonischen Beratung, habe ich dann 2Tage später mein erstes Color Set in den Händen gehalten. Immer noch skeptisch machte ich mich ans Werk. Die Bedienungsanleitung exakt befolgend, war ich sehr überrascht wie dunkel meine Haare im nassen Zustand wurden, sodass ich die Einwirkzeit um 5Minuten verkürzte. Alle anderen Schritte führte ich wie beschrieben aus. Die zweite Flasche brauchte ich nicht mehr, denn nach der Ansatzfärbung hatte ich noch genug über, um es in die Länge zu verteilen. Nach dem Trocknen der Haare, hatte ich genau das Ergebniss was ich mir erhofft hatte. Life Changing!I had used store bought boxed dye during quarantine which absolutely destroyed my hair not to mention was way off from desired color. I worked with the colorist here who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in restoring my hair back to the rich multi dimensional color it was. My hair also came out feeling much softer. I also love the shampoo and conditioner included. Results are comparable to when I spend $200+ at my salon. No more salon for me.
