Definitely better than store bought dye!I have gotten my hair done for years and then Covid hit. I was reverted back to my teenage days when I had to do my own hair and used the drug store brands. The eSalon product is worth the money, as the red colors fade far better then the store brands and the conditioning and durability are superior. I first tried the beauty store brands and only dried out my hair. Then I did eSalon. Best alternative to a professional. Love the flexibility!So, I'm one of those people who likes to change up their hair frequently. It's kind of like an adventure to me. So I appreciate a company that's willing to ride shotgun while we're traveling :-). What I love most about eSalon is that I can change it up as many times as I want and know that I'm getting professional expertise on whatever choice I make next. That addresses the biggest obstacle for the non-professional: how to get from where you are to where you'd like to go. Wunschfarbe getroffenFür Zuhause, zum Selberfärben, sollte man Zeit einplanen, Es ist nicht weniger aufwendig, als im Laden, aber die Farbe ist absolut meine Wunschfarbe geworden. STILL TOO RED!!I've repeatedly asked for my hair to be blonde and not red, however, my requests seem to be falling on deaf ears. I think I'll have to go to a salon locally to get the hair color I am looking for. I love the quality of your products and the way my hair feels after using them, but i really can't tolerate the red anymore. Please discontinue my service. Roots only colorThe product was as expected in that it covered gray well. The shampoo and conditioner was excellent, smelled great, didn’t dry out my hair, and the conditioner closed the hair cuticle well and added some shine. Color is good, smell is not!This dye worked well, color turned out nice. The smell, however, was horrible. The ammonia content must be very high, and I was in a well-ventilated area. Good color match but product seemed harshLove the color, but after this application I felt my hair appeared burned on many of the fine baby hairs and I also lost quite a bit of hair down the drain during the wash out.
